All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
After processing, orders will be shipped. Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method at checkout. Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
LUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. For damaged items, please contact us immediately at luxsupplyclub@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
