No Return/ Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our sweepstakes, we do not accept returns of any items or entries. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do allow exchanges for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at luxsupplyclub@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
